We needed a limo to help with 10 kids on short notice. Mike said give me 10 min and he would call me back. 10 min later he called, amd we were booked. The driver, Roger, was very nice and respectful. Mike and Michael were amazing! They were professional, friendly, punctual, easily accessible, and made our trip from Boston to Lake Oconee as stress-free as possible! In fact, we lost a cell phone along the way and Mike and Michael went out of their way late in the evening and early morning to help us locate it by searching the SUV (wasn’t there). I’m pretty sure WE stressed them out and were so relieved they still decided to pick us up on the return end!!:) Thank you again for your patience and southern hospitality!
Such a wonderful alternative to Groome for my visiting family of five. They were picked up at the airport, arriving in a timely fashion, and we didn’t have to fight rush hour traffic in the ATL. Mike arrived this morning at 5:30am. The SUV used was roomy for all of them plus luggage. We happily said goodbye at the door and went back to bed. Plus, it was cheaper than Groome.
Mike was really great. Professional, friendly and courteous. Very nice new van. Definately will use Lake Oconee Transportation again and I highly recommend them for all your transportation needs.

He answered my initial phone call right away, was very flexible with pickup time, gave clear upfront pricing (which is super reasonable!), and was very reliable and easy to communicate with throughout the booking process. He arrived well before our reservation time in case the flight was early and was patient while we waited for our suitcases. The car itself was very nice and Mike was super friendly throughout the ride. A++!
